Serabi continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to employee health and workplace safety through ongoing investment in established initiatives.
Serabi demonstrate a strong commitment to the health and safety of its employees through continuous investments in programmes and initiatives that ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
We maintain two fundamental programmes:
- Risk Management Program (PGR)
- Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO)
Establishing and maintaining good relations with the local community remains vital for our social licence to operate. In 2024, Serabi provided a total of 40,292 hours of safety training, representing an average of 50 hours per employee (compared to 2023: 16,646 hours, average of 25 hours per employee).
Additionally, we regularly carry out health promotion initiatives aimed at all employees, focusing on topics such as:
- Mental health
- Stress management
- Sexually transmitted diseases
- Breast and prostate cancer awareness
- These actions are conducted by specialized professionals and aim to expand knowledge, prevention, and treatment of various health issues.
All of Sarabi’s Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives are in full compliance with internal standards, external regulations, and our Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy.
